GENERAL REFUND POLICY

At Climb Central Delhi, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on online purchases made through our website.

Important: All refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframes mentioned in this policy. Refunds are processed based on the original payment method used during purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. All decisions regarding refunds are made at the discretion of Climb Central Delhi management.

REFUND TIME FRAMES

Refund Request Submission: Must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or before the scheduled activity date (whichever is earlier).

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after approval.

Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

ENTRY TICKETS REFUND POLICY

Entry tickets purchased online for climbing sessions are subject to the following refund conditions:

More than 48 hours 100% refund Full refund minus payment gateway charges
24-48 hours 50% refund Half refund minus payment gateway charges
Less than 24 hours No refund Rescheduling may be possible based on availability
No-show No refund Ticket is forfeited

Note: In case of facility closure due to unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, maintenance, emergencies), customers will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Customers may reschedule their climbing sessions under the following conditions:

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
  • Only one reschedule is allowed per ticket
  • Rescheduled session must be within 30 days of original booking
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • No rescheduling fee for requests made more than 24 hours in advance
MERCHANDISE REFUND POLICY

Merchandise purchased online (climbing gear, apparel, accessories) is subject to the following return and refund conditions:

Return Window: Merchandise can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided

Non-returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Undergarments and intimate apparel
  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards and vouchers
RETURN SHIPPING

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund for Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund the original shipping charges.

Refund Amount: Refunds for merchandise returns will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Review Process: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and contact you for any additional information.

Approval/Denial: You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund request.

Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.

PAYMENT GATEWAY CHARGES

Please note that payment gateway charges (typically 2-3% of transaction value) are non-refundable. These charges are deducted by our payment processor (Razorpay) and cannot be recovered.

Example: For a ₹1000 purchase with 2% gateway charges, the maximum refund amount would be ₹980 (₹1000 - ₹20 gateway charges).

Refund Method: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during purchase (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, wallet).
